To place an order, simply click the 'Add to cart' button on the items you wish to purchase. You can adjust the quantities and then click 'Checkout' once you have finished. You will then be guided through our checkout process where you will need to entire your details. Once your order has been placed - leave the rest to us.
We'd recommend creating an account when you checkout, this allows you to view and track all of your orders in the my account section of the site. If you'd rather not - you can of course checkout as a guest.
To track the status of your order, use the my account section of our website. Alternatively we will also email you when your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items. This is because your order is sent straight to our dispatch team system. We therefore reccomend you ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
No - however we do charge a slightly higher delivery fee for orders under £25. We recommend ensuring your basket total is greater than this to unlock our best value delivery costs.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all of our images are kept up to date - the product you receive will be exactly as described. However, the packaging may sometimes vary as manufacturers may run promotions or update packaging or run price marked packaging. Please get in touch before ordering if a particular colour or packaging is important to you.
We believe that we already offer great value on the brands you love and therefore do not offer a price matching service.
We're sorry if an item is out of stock! We receive deliveries several times a week and we're sure your favourate will be back in stock soon.
We are a consumer facing website. We are more than happy to deliver to business addresses. Whilst you can buy for a business, this is subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to reject any large bulk purchases if this is without prior arrangement.
To ensure that as many customers as possible benefit from great value on the brands they love we actively screen our orders and reject large bulk buying outside of a consumer norm. However - you are welcome to stock up on your favourites and many of our customers do!
