We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Here at Value Superstore we take great effort to ensure all item descriptions and images are correct and up to date and that your items reach you in perfect condition. 

You have up to 14 days from the date of your delivery to return your item(s) or order. Please note that you must contact our team first before returning an item. 

Can I cancel my entire order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please call our team on 03333 448198 with your order reference number. Our team will arrange a full refund including any delivery charge paid. 

If your order has already been dispatched and still with the courier then please call our team with your order reference number. Our team will have the goods returned back to us and issue a full refund including the original delivery charge paid. 

If your order has already been delivered, please contact our team to arrange a returns authorisation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us so we'd recommend ensuring you get proof of postage and ensure the goods are correctly insured. Value Superstore cannot be held liable for the loss of any returned goods. Once the goods are received back to our warehouse, they will be inspected and refunded including the initial delivery charge paid. 

I've changed my mind on an item, how do I return it?

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us so we'd recommend ensuring you get proof of postage and ensure the goods are correctly insured. Value Superstore cannot be held liable for the loss of any returned goods. Once the goods are received back to our warehouse, they will be inspected and refunded. 

The condition of returned goods

Please note that all goods returned back to us must be in an unopened and resalable condition with any seals intact. You are responsible for ensuring all returned goods reach us in this condition and for covering the return postage. Should any items be received back damaged or opened we will not be able to refund these, nor will the items be returned back to you without a delivery cost.

Is there anything I cant return?

We are unable to accept any returns on anything that has been opened or isn't resalable. Furthermore, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been arranged as a 'special order' (i.e custom orders or large quantities of products outside the consumer norm). We are unable to accept returns on perishable food items, or any item sold as a clearance past the items best before date.

What if an item is damaged?

We're really sorry if an item is damaged. Please call our team and we'll raise a full investigation into how this has happened. Please note that we will ask for photographs of the damages and may need to collect the damaged items as part of our policy with our courier.  

Can I exchange an item?

We are sorry but we are unable to process any exchanges, any returns will be as refunds only.  

How long will a refund take?

Our team will process your refund immediately to your original payment method. This in some cases can take up to 14 days to process and appear back to your payment method.
